That doesn't mean people hated Vertigo or the comic itself - quite the opposite. It was a bad movie, and it looked bad from the get-go. It's no different from the reception The Kitchen received. It also comes across as a soulless action movie. Most of the criticism is how the movie itself looks. The point is, I and most people don't have a problem with Valiant. I used to be an avid Valiant reader, but I fell off around the time of the DMG buyout (not because of it, just sorta happened around the same time). Welcome to the NEW & IMPROVED Valiant Subreddit!
